National Manager of Clinical Services, Quality Innovation Performance Ltd (QIP)
Amanda has comprehensive experience preparing organisations for accreditation against various health and quality-focused frameworks, including the NSQHS Standards, ISO 9001: 2015 and the NDIS Practice Standards. She is an active NSQHS Standards Assessor for multiple accreditation organisations.
For a number of years, she was the National Accreditation Manager for Healthscope as well as the Quality Manager, Director of Nursing and General Manager for numerous private hospitals. Most recently, Amanda founded the Quality Manager Network Australasia to support healthcare managers to enhance quality-outcomes and risk activities.
With a passion for improving the safety and quality of healthcare, Amanda has supported organisations across a range of healthcare specialities across Australia. She was a former member of the Victoria Police Custodial Health Advisory Board.
Her many years of experience include public and private clinical settings, acute and rehabilitation nursing, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, mental health, midwifery, oncology and Justice Health.
Anna-Maria Gibb
